In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, you will remain liable for the full rental price unless the room is re-let for the entire period. I therefore advise you to take out cancellation insurance. If we manage to re-let the room, we will make 90% of the rental income available to you in the form of a voucher that you can use for a future booking.
